Capacitors are used in coil tattoo machines to allow an alternating current, instead of a direct current, to pass through the coils. This will aid in regulating the current and a smoother operating machine. These capacitors from Precision are non-terminated with plain leads and will require soldering. They are also polarized, which is indicated by the arrow marked on the case. There are two capacitance options available: 22UF, 50V with a 6mm by 12mm body size or 47UF, 35V with a 6mm by 17mm body size. Please select your desired capacitor in the drop-down menu above.
